My eyeliner runs any suggestions ?

my eyeliner runs and gives me raccoon eyes .Is there any eyeliner that stays in place ?

It could be the eyeliner you're using, or you may need a primer. Urban Decay Primer Potion is supposed to be the best and it really does work great, I've tried it twice so far. As for the eyeliner, I also had the same problem but Rimmel London professional liquid eyeliner stays for literally almost two days on me without primer. Also their kohl pencil eyeliner lasts better than any of the other ones I have tried.

You should be able to buy the eyeliner at Walmart, but for the primer you'll have to order it online or at Ulta or Sephora.

Well I find putting foundation on my eye helps me. My make up also stays on a lot longer.

put on the eye linner and thin apply chapstick whith your finger or       q- tip !!!!!!

put some eyeshadow primer on lid before you put on eyeliner. I like Urban Decay, and it's totally worth it and makes your eye makeup stay on FOREVER! Another idea is to just put some powder underneath you eyes to keep the makeup from running. Hope this helps!

the eye liner is not the problem. its because under your eyes are oily. do you use makeup remover? if you do, even though it says no oil, it makes under you eyes oily and if a little bit of eye liner hits it, it runs down. so after you use your makeup remover, wet a wash rag and remove the make up removers left overs. and then dry it off. that should work :)

get the Reverse Eye Liner by DuWop. You put it under the line that you have made it it keeps it from running!

Use crayon eyeliner,doesnt smear as much as liquid.
