My glasses are so shiny?!?

I have reading glasses because I'm farsighted and well everytime i wear them, they're like so shiny and theres always a glare in my glasses that you cant get rid of. How do I fix this???

Theres a special finish that you can get that takes away that glare when you first get them, so i dont think theres anything you can do.
