  1. GREAT AD if i wasn't in Australia i would buy your horse and you'd know it went 2 a good home LOVE IT DESCRIBES EVERY THINK

    I HOPE I HELPED *_*!!!!

  2. way to much for a chestnut Tb that just knows a bit of dressage, especially in aus right now. I'm having trouble selling ym pro campdrafter full on amazing bloodlines and scores really highly, for 4000 which is really half his price, but good luck and he's got a not so nice head and pretty average in conf. i'd put him up for 2000 tops...sorry

  3. He's cute and looks like tons of fun! I think you could improve your ad though. Be more specific about his training - say "he jumps 2'6 oxers with ease" not "he has been jumped", etc. If hes ever been to a show, in a parade, whatever, mention it. I think you might want to list his price with and without tack, or just list the tack separately. If I saw an ad that said tack was included, I would figure I was getting 1 used saddle & 1 used bridle. So if you're including 5 blankets, say so! Some buyers might not want them though, so listing tack separately might be an option.

If you want to sell your horse in a tough market, you'll need better pictures. Keep the one of him in the water - it doesn't show much of him, but you're obviously having a great time. Replace the other 2 -he's hiding behind a tree in one of them! Get a really flattering conformation shot, and one of him looking especially nice under saddle - if he can jump and do dressage, show it!

I'd offer a link to a video too - just a short w-t-c in both directions is helpful to buyers.

    Good luck selling him!

  4. I would advertise him for $1500 without the tack and then more with the tack.

Unfortunately due to drought and EI TB's are not worth much. You can buy them for a couple of hundred dollars at the sales or they give them away when finished racing or if they are too slow.

He seems like a lovely horse and being quiet helps but these days people are more inclined to spend $3000 on something more 'hardy' like a Quarter Horse.

Best of luck! He looks adorable!

  5. l would say you are asking way to much for him, the second pic is not so flattering it shows a a horse with no muscle tone on his quarters meaning he either gets no work or is not working correctly in a round frame and using his back end.  Remember were in a drought, feed is expensive and  TB's are two a penny at your local market  or knackery with basic training and many are or have the potential to be bombproof.

  6. hi paige it's mara,

places - you should put an add in at nambour saddlery and sandale, i don't know if they have adds in horseland

websites - pet link, OZ horses, cavalletti, australian pet link, myaushorse, or on the horse deals website

i didn't know you were selling buddy yet, he is looking good, hope you have lot's of intrests in him, i think 3000 is good as he is bombproof, so he would be good for a begginer adult or confident teen

it will be good havin him a bit fat going into winter, i wish i could get him if i had the money

    good luck,

    see you at school

  7. Hi

i don't no if you will get that for him or not

    how old is he?

    He is dead quiet though

he looks awesome if i lived in QLD insted of Vic

i would buy him for sure!

i just sold my beautiful chestnut tb

    no vices just needed work

    done dressage,pc and show jumping

and i only got 1500 for her.

    see how you go

he looks awesome and a dream horse to have!

    good luck selling him

im sure he is worth every cent!
