My internet explorer is not working?

Question

I recently had trouble with restarting my computer so i had no other choice but to restore it... I was supser pissed, i literally lost all my documents and programs i had downloaded. uurrgghh...

anyways I have to download some of those programs again, including norton before i get a virus =( but when i click on the internet explorer icon it says that the program has been removed, and to try to install it again...

BUT HOW IN THE WORLD CAN I DO THAT IF I CANT USE INTERNET EXPLORER ! I TRIED WITH FIREFOX AS WELL AND IT SAID THE SAME THING, SO I'M TOTALLY CONFUSED.

I'm sure there's a way i just need someone smart enough to help me through it, because i really have no idea how to do this...

could be that your internet was disabled. its possible, i can do it.

You might want to go to another computer with a flash drive or a CD-ROM to put Internet Explorer on. Once you have put it onto a portable media drive or anything like that you can go to your computer and insert the disk/flash drive and something should come up if not you can click on My Computer and choose drive E: usually and it will come up with Internet Explorer click on it and you should be in the installation process or using Internet Explorer. We really do need to know your operating system to be able to help you more.
