okay my teacher hasnt touched anyone but he looks down girls shirts and he is just weird..he does weird things mentally..

i had a teacher like that and i just told the principal and we had a metting i was scared at first but in the end it all work out never stay after clas with him and stuff like that

You should tell your principal or someone to stop him. But now where clothes that don't reveal anything on your body. Be careful and tell your parents ESPECIALLY. Tell them first so they can address the principal who can then address the teacher. I would avoid that teacher although it may be hard cause he is your main teacher but try your hardest. YOU HAVE THE POWER TO STOP IT BEFORE HE DOES ANYTHING BAD.

Report it. Don't tell him you're reporting it, though! Tell you parents all about it. It may seem weird, but it will protect your fellow students. Do not wear revealing clothes, please, that just inflames the situation. Make sure you tell plenty of adults.

this reminds me of a teacher at my school, he would yell at us for our shirts being to low the look down them for 5 mins, we just had to learn to not wear those types of clothes anymore, i reccomend doing the same thing

I would not "spread the word so other people would know" ... first of all if he is really doing the things you claim he is doing .. anyone with 2 eyes & a brain can figure out he is a perv. If you get caught spreading rumors/gossiping about a teacher, ESPECIALLY about him being sexually abusive and/or sexually harassing people (this includes staring down girl's shirts ...) then you could land yourself in A LOT of trouble. Make sure your concerns are warranted & are not just because you dislike this teacher or have something against him. First, tell your parents about your concerns. Your parent's can then notify your principal, whom can then address the teacher.
