  1. If they aren't burning then you aren't lifting enough. You can't "confuse your muscles". Try using heavier weights.

  2. You work hard enough you will feel it. Try heavier weights and slow reps.

  3. Change your routine. If your body gets used to the same routine over and over it will stop getting results. You might also want to increase the weight.

  4. stretch really good.

    go jogging

    and then work out.

    lift heavier weights

or ask your doctor you could have a muscle problems.

i suggest getting a doctors opinion

  5. Just go higher in yor wieght trtaining dude, I had the same problem and I asked my trainer and he helped me. Trust me that I'll work

    :D

  6. you have to loft harder. if its not sore then its not working

  7. If it's harder to feel the burn, do a heavier weight. And don't lift everyday, your body needs at least 2 days to rest. Don't lift for the same body part on consecutive days. Your biceps may be used to that same workout, so do different exercises, or try "21's."

  8. your probably not lifting right

  9. Lift harder.

If it doesnt hurt its not working. Youll have to learn the difference between good pain, muscle fatigue, and bad pain, injury.
