  1. what a stupid mole!!!! omgosh if my neighbor stole my dog i wouldnt no wat to do... have you tryed ringing the rspca??? there bound to help!! give it ago good luck!!!

  2. omg, i would cry, **** bricks, scream, call COPS, and then totally fear the retaliation too. my neighbors are drug addicts and we had to get renters insurance bc i thought they could break into our home, steal, and pawn our things. i have had two nightmares about someone stealing my dog and me seeing them at the park with my dog. i feel your pain. is your dog microchipped? are there any pictures to prove its yours? i would call the cops and animal control and then i would move.

ps. i am moving bc my neighbors SUCK. they scare me to death with their bullshit drifter antics.

  3. Yep, for sure you need to get everything together...any evidence you have including the flyers you hung up and the notice from the humane society that you reported her missing!  Pics and everything...get it together and have a solid case, its your dog and you deserve her.  Thing is..the lady will probably change her collar...but if you have the pics that look like her, and she responds to you calling her name, there's no denying it...

I would let her know that unless she does not willingly give the dog over to you that you are turning the case over to the police and that after that matters will be in their hands and you are pressing charges on her!  Be firm and have confidence when you speak with her!

  4. Get some DNA of ur dog, such as hair on ur couch or try its bed. give that to the police, they will then go over to ur neighbours house and take some of the DNA of that dog, then they will do a test to see if it is the same DNA. Also collect some of those flyers you put up, and show them to the police, get an old shoebox and put these things in it:

    *Recent Photos of your dog

*Any vet papers or papers from where you get him from

*The dogs DNA (enclosed in a small, clear plastic bag

*The phone numbers and addresses of people who know its your dog

*Some of the flyers that you put up

    *Any extra evidence

    -----------------

Then give the box to the police.

Also try getting the police around, getting the lady and your dog around, and getting your other dogs, take them out there to see the dog that the woman stole, the policeman will see that they know eachother.

Also, if he's microchipped, tell the police the microchip number, then get the vet to scan for the microchip,  then get the vet to tell the police what number the scanner came up with. Also take the police down to the vet, also take the woman and the stolen dog, then ask the vet, this is my dog right?.

But maybe the woman was telling the truth, maybe someone found it , then sent it to her. But then again , maybe shes lying.

    Good Luck.

  5. OMIGOSH! You poor thing! If that is your dog be prepared to kick that ladie's butt in! I would hate if someone stole my current dog. Well. I would know cuz she is a husky. My other pomeranian, Fifi, was stolen and when we found her she was in my old neighbors backyard. DEAD! FIND OUT NOW! BEFORE SHE HURTS HIM! Get proof immediately. Don't hesitate to do anything. Get that dog!

  6. find evidence like hair on couch and get a test dna then tell the police.

  7. What did the police say?  I'd file a report for sure. Get out as much paperwork you have on her. Is she micro chipped?  If so, you can give them the number and have them verify the number through the humane society or a vet.  Just keep after the police or the dog warden and make them have the lady prove to them where the dog came from, etc.  I'd be contacting everyone I could think of to get my dog back. I'd probably even hire an attorney to help.

  8. If your dog got out of your yard as you wrote, then she didn't steal the dog.  She may have found him.  After a certain amount of time specified in your state, you can no longer claim your lost dog as yours.  Absent bad intent on her part, she may have every right to keep this "abandoned" dog.  It's in your best interest to remain friendly with her in hopes of persuading her to release the dog back to you in case a court does not see things your way.

  9. Do you have photographs of your dog? Microchip?! Call the cops again!

  10. is rour dog microchipped/registered, get papers from your vet of medical conditions and go to the police station, file a report, if you have lawyer friends/relatives, if you have the evidence you can get your dog back, and if things happen to you she'll be first suspected. if you let her off, she might steal other dogs from other people

  11. Get the cops again.

    try each day,

she will be home at one point.

    do you have photos?

    show her thats your dog.

show her your dogs medical records.

But make sure you have all the proof you need.

In fact go to her show her all of this.

and tell her thats MY dog and if you do not give it to me i will have to call the cops on you for kidnap.

My Grey flew away one day then 6 months later a friend calls and tells me that they can hear my bird with there neighbors.

    I went over there,

we fought on there porch,we where screaming at each other literally.

My Parrots worth at least 4800$ SO they where planing on selling my bird.

BUT he had a chip in him and i had all the proof.

and i threated to call the cops and they immediately gave me my Parrot  back.

    So theres hope.

    Good Luck.

    x*x

  12. Wow, that is FREAKY!! I thought MY neighbors were crazy! Jeez, I have no idea what I'd do if that happened!!

    Good luck, keep me updated!!

    Adele

  13. file a report.

    good luck.

  14. That crazy woman could be in serious trouble if that dog turned out to be yours.  I mean honestly, did your dog have a tag with name, address, phone ### to start with?  <--it could of really helped ALOT.  But if you still got her certificates, paperwork, vet records, photographs..etc luck is with you, you can show it to the police and have them investigate. and hopefully they can get your dog back.  I am sorry that your doggy ran away, good luck.

  15. My dog is my baby!!! So if I were in your situation I would lose it!! Make sure you report your dog missing. Then gather pictures that you have of your dog. Maybe hair left around the house. (If you have a picture of your dog with the collar that might be good too). Vet records. Don't threaten your neighbor though just make sure that the police take care of it. A pet and its owner have a special bond which should be very clear by any normal person. I hope you get your baby back!! Keep us updated I hope it goes well!

  16. I know it is really hard for you and you just had to ask people for advise so here is some.  Get a video camera or two and put them in places where they can be hidden but can still record.  Then let one of your dogs out and keep it in the yard and say you are going to check on something(anywhere with a small view of the yard and wait).  then when you have waited 22 minutes go out and check on your dog.  if it is gone then check your video to see if it has proof and if it does then call the police and show it to them so they can get BOTH of your dogs.  if you think it is too risky then ok,  i would also go with the other peoples plans.  hope this helps you and your poor chihuahua.

  17. Just call the cops again and report the dog as stolen.. be prepared to show proof that it is your dog.. vet records, photographs, etc.

Dont leave your dogs outside unattended.

  18. I would get proof and show her. Then tell her this is a matter for the police to handle if you dont give me my dog back.

  19. well tomorrow like walk past her house and if her blinds are open look  through and don't go to her window just on the sidewalk look to make sure shes home and then call the cops sorry for ur missing pooch
