My neighbour objects to my nudity......?

OK, I am a male and often go naked at home. My neighour says she is offended, but the only time she can see into my place is when she stands on a chair and looks out the window of her bathroom. She says she will report me to the police. Does she have a case?

I think everyone has the right to do what he or she wants to do inside his or her house. You have every right to go around your house in your birthday suit and she has every right to peep out of her window where she obviously enjoys the view.  Maybe next time your can charge her for viewing or you can hide your birthday suit and sue her instead for peeping. Ha, ha, ha.
