My nephew is not growing?

my nephew is 3 1/2 and has weighed the same for a year and 7 months. He is little. My 1 year old son is almost as big as him. He eats alot and is active. uses the toilet and talks fine. He seems to have an anger problem and a little head alos lots of ear infections any thoughts on whats wrong? he is going to a specialist next week but i cant get it out of my mind

my other nephew is 4 years 4 months and weighs 38 pounds is 40 inches

He could be just a little kid. All kids grow at different rates. The doctor will be able to tell you more.

That's something that only your doctor can determine, so try not to listen to any of the idiots on this website.

The doctor may run a few tests on him, but there's a chance that he could just be small for his size (and that your son is big for his size).

he could be a small kid, he could have a growth hormone deficiency, a genetic disorder, no one can say until he sees the dr.
