My page on webkinz???????????

ya know how on webkinz they have my page thing well when i click o nit the home page for it comes up when i click the design button for the my page i select the theme and the layout press ok but nothing happens a loading bar comes up and it loads but it doesn't show anything and when i try to design my page the select and cancel buttons are gray are they supposed to be gray please help me with all of this

I fixed this problem at my sister's house.  You need to download Mozilla Firefox and always open webkinz thru that server. You may also have to download Adobe Flashplayer too. For some reason it doesn't work under internet explorer.  Hope you get it working.  We did.  I find that alot of programs need to be opened thru Mozilla and then they work.  Also had www.webkinz.com to your pop up blocker so it doesn't get blocked anymore.
