  1. Whether any one is creating problem to you.

If so, speak to them and see that the problems are solved.

Otherwise, speak to an attorney for advise.

  2. I'm not too sure you can do much about it. You can tell them both how you feel.

My dad doesn't live with us half the time either.

And for me im so used to it i feel bad because i can hardly tell the difference to when he is home or not. It makes me so upset.

even if HE cant visit you YOU can visit HIM.

    right?

  3. Let them do their thing. It has nothing to do with you. Don't take sides. They are still your parents and  I'm sure they both still love you.

  4. It is very scary when your stability is threatened, and that is what divorce does.

YOu will be okay. Your parents won't love you any less...they will just be happier people in general.

  5. You can't stop your parents from getting divorced.  They're adults and they have to decide on the direction their marriage is going to take.  Or not going to take.

Just like when you're an adult, you're going to have to decide on the direction of your life.

Make sure you talk to your parents.  Explain that no matter what happens between the two of them, that you want to be a part of BOTH of their lives.  You want to spend time with your dad and with your mom, and you hope they both know how much you love them.

I know it's not easy on you, but you need to realize that you can't change their decision.  You can just make sure they both realize how much you need both of them.
