My pioneer AVH-p6500 shows error

Question

My pioneer AVH-p6500 shows error 02. I found out in the manual that it is from a scratched disc(so it would not play it). Problem is, I could not eject the disc it keeps turning the system off. Please help...how can I manually get the disc out???
