My pokemon diamond is alway freezes?

Question

It all Start Near the day care Center.....I counld'nt Get into my bag so I Ingore it I want along to the next Gym and When I Was Battle the Person Before The Boss It Crashed.....After A hour or 2 of this I decide to start a new game (Snob Snob) and When I JUST got my Pokemon....It Crashed!! WHY!?!?

It Not the Sound Because I alway have it Low

and FYI I Bougth This On PlayTrade!

you might have gotten a corrupted game. the best thing to do is to see if the company you bought it from will let you trade it in for a new one.

you got a bad copy of the game, ship it to nintendo and get a new one =)
