My right speaker muted?

help i have some problem on my right speaker it was fine last night and this is the first time i checked the volume,balance,almost everything i know and they're fine except when i test my speakers at C-media 3D audio (what i'm using) it seems all the waves and sound are pointed to my left speaker its kind a weird and when i plug my headphone i heard this sound like cracking at right speaker sometimes the sounds came back but it muted again..anyone knows how to fix this?

go to playback devices and select speakers and click on  properties and check balance of both speakes. it should to be  100.

if it is not make them 100.

Follow j24s lead. I don't know if they need to be 100 or not, but at least make sure that the speaker  is on.

Check the connections that are right on the speaker - one of the wires may be lose or have come off.  Also check the back of your amp to make sure the connection is solid there as well.
