My son is pooping blue!?

Question

Ok, my son has been pooping blue for the last 2 days- I don't think he ate anything that color, what could it be???? I am concerned that he may have a serious problem?

Red cool-aid or pretty much any food with artifical color blue in it (read the ingrediants). Sometimes it is florecent green too!
