My spine or Tailbone maybe?

Sometimes, i dont really keep track of when this happens, but i get a sharp pain through my back area. this happens maybe 1 time a month maybe and also i get sharp pains near my tailbone. What could this be? Should I be concerned? Is there a dagnosis for this and how i can fix it?

the sharp pain in ur back are probably from growing.....i got them around that age.  i did ask a doctor and he couldnt find anything except for the fact that im growing.........i dont get them anymore....so yeah it could just be growing pains
