  1. I dont live in your zip code, but I know here there is a dental office that basis procedures on your income.  Maybe theres someone like that around you.  You should call the welfare office nearest you.  They will be familiar with all the programs.  Depending on your credit, theres also a care credit card specifically for dental work and theres also additional financing available at the dentist offices.  By the way, I know what its like to have a tooth ache and dont listen to the Motrin idea,  You'll end up taking a bottle.  I know this isn't legal, but if you know anyone that has vicodin or preferably a percocet, go that route.  You'll feel TONS better, actually normal.

  2. No insurance does not mean you cannot get dental care....you just have to pay for it with a credit  card, dental financing like Care Credit, or cash.............Most dental offices are happy to help you out with this....do not delay needed treatment....it will only worsen with time.....

Be up front with your situation....they can help you!

  3. I can't help you with the school, but I can tell you to take motrin.  800 mg every 6 hours should take care of the pain.  Motrin works, because it reduces swelling, and the swelling is what hurts.  Popsicles also help to reduce the swelling, but don't have a lasting effect. Hope you feel better soon.
