Question:

My volume?

Please help!! My volume on my computer is all echoey and sometimes hard to hear. I've tried messing with the volume things and everything but can't get it back 2 normal it's prolly been like this for about 2 years and is really annoying how do I make the sound normal?

  1. You are going to have to take it in to a computer repair shop, hopefully you have a valid warranty still. Don't try and fix it yourself. If you could, you wouldn't be asking people on the internet. If it is alot of money, maybe its time to invest in a new comp.


  2. Try disabling any sound card software that you may have installed (ie: Soundblaster control panel). See if that helps first.

    If it doesnt, you may have driver issues. Try updating your sound card drivers and see if it helps.

    Right click: My Computer...then>Properties>Hardware>Devi... Manager

    Then>right click on your sound card and select: "update driver"

    See if that helps. If all fails, you may be able to reinstall your soundcard software and it may fix the issue.
