i wanna loose weight as im going on holiday in 3 weeks so is there any healthy filling meals no meat under 300 calouries that i can make

    Light Progresso soups have 120 calories per can.

    Dunkin' Donut's egg white flatbread sandwich, veggie style, has 290 calories.

    Two slices of light bread and a slice of fat free cheese makes a grilled cheese for only 110 calories.

    Melon has 200 calories per melon.

    Morning Star gardenburger and a light bun has about 200 calories.


  2. Is there a reason you want no meat? Protien is an important part of a diet/healthy eating. So if it's vegetarian then you want to find other sources of protien. Most importantly is water and exercise. As for meals under 300 calories, salads are a good choice. They are good for your intestinal system and they can be changed up so much to make them fun, healty and tasty! Good luck on your search for answers!

Hi, on the website below, there is a "healthy recipe" section that might give you some good ideas.  There's a recipe for a "bean concoction" that is to die for!  I also like the gazpacho and vegetable soup recipes.  There are some other vegetarian ideas too.  On the same site, you'll find a section called "Vegetarian Weight Loss" that you might get some ideas from.  I also liked the weight loss tips and the printable food and exercise logs.  

    In the next three weeks, to lose maximum weight, I'd eat three small, healthy meals a day and two small healthy snacks.  I'd drink plenty of water and nothing else.  I'd dramatically cut my salt intake.  I'd do 30-60 minutes of cardio a day (more is better for rapid weight loss).  Good luck!
