MyYahoo - I wonder why?

Question

there aren't very many things you can add to the skinny columns? Every time I add content it goes to the middle (largest) column - that ends up getting to be too darn long. Why aren't there more little skinny ones? I wish we could tell its size before adding - I wouldn't choose (or would choose) some just to keep my page looking balanced!
