Mymusix mp3 PD 6070 1gb version

When I turn it on, it shows "MyMusix", and then nothing.When I connect it to my computer (WinXP) it show "New hardware found / MTP Device" and then nothing. I had downloaded the update 2.1 on the official website, but it doesn't work.Can you help me please? I don't know what to do now
