does anyone know how to put a picture in a bulliten?

like some kind of html code...

1. Save the photo in your computer

2. Upload it to "www.tinypic.com" or "www.photobucket.com" (tinypic doesn't need an account to sign up on so its way easier and pretty much the same its not like worse or anything)

3. copy the code that says "HTML"

Upload the picture to photobucket or another host like imageshack, imagevenue and the html will be shown there.
