Mystery party for my 14th birthday!?!?

Question

Any stores where i can buy a mystery party kit or any good website? Its for all girls and there will be 7 girls and 1 adult. The adult doesnt need to be in it only if we need another person. So any good ideas?

also will it be fun? and do you think they will be serious?

If you google it you might be able to find some. But ive been to some mystery parties and there pretty fun but its really only fun if everyone dresses up and is into the game. But its a good idea for a 14th birthday party good luck!

just buy a butch of riddler stuff hes the bad guy on Batman that has question marks everywhere.Nothin says mystery like the riddler.

If you have the game Clue set up the mystery around the characters. A little bit of costuming; hats, feather boa,long gloves, long cigarette holder,sunglasses makes it more fun.Send out invitations with who their character is they may come in costume. Put clues in envelopes and watch Ms. Scarlet and Mrs. White figure out who done it. if you have the movie play it during party. Give Mystery paperbacks(Nancy Drew, Goosbumps) instead of goody bags who needs all that candy.

Have the adult make a scavenger hunt for you girls.  Have the adult write clues to lead you from one location to the next.  When I did one we had clues like ("You'll find your next clue at a place colored like a zebra...88 stripes "-- the answer would be the piano)  I would advise having around ten clues to make the game last longer.

You could divide into two teams with different clues to make it more competitive.

Oh, and prizes at the end of course!
