NASCAR Games?

Question

With the arrival of NASCAR 09, EA Sports has been making Nascar licensed games for quite sometime now. My question to you (if you choose to accept it) is what is your favorite EA sports Nascar game on any system and why. Which ones are good, which ones should you stay away from.

I was going to answer this but the guy above me nailed it on the head. NR2K3 is by far the best Nascar sim to date and for sure the most versatile.

I love NR2003!!!!! U can get everything before EA MAKES them!

Like u can get the COT trucks and other stuff...

OH YEAH!!! U can also get the IROC!

what those guys said.  NR2003 Season is by far the best Nascar game ever.  As for EA nascar games, in my opinion the best on they made was the Nascar 2005.  the career mode was fairly deep and took a while to work the ranks.  it also had the Modified, Trucks, Nationwide, and Sprint series.

Stay away from all of them...get NASCAR Racing 2003 Season by Papyrus for the PC.  By far the best NASCAR simulator.  The EA games are just that, games.  NR2003 is much more realistic, has better graphics even though its almost 5 years old, and can be modified.  There are thousands of mods on the web including paint schemes, the current Sprint Cup cars, different series including Nationwide, Trucks, IRL, old Winston Cup, and sports cars, tracks, spotter sayings, etc.  And there are also many online racing sites and leagues to compete against other users online.  EA Sports has made some good games for other sports, but there NASCAR games have always fallen short.
