NATS interview process? Motivation paper?

Question

I have my 1st stage assessment with NATS for trainee air traffic controller position. Can anyone who has taken this tell me to what level i need to learn the info for the motivation paper? Do i need to learn the details of all the aircraft listed at the end ie. seating details, cruising level, speed, routes etc.? Id be grateful for any other tips or advice on the interview process too. Thanks.

It might sound obvious - but the more motivated you are, then the more you want to learn!

If they supplied you with the information, then i would expect them to ask you questions about it.
