does the NCAA Cross Country rule book state you can't wear watches or wristbands in a race?

  1. Nope.  You can wear watches and jewelry in NCAA races.


  2. watches are alowed so you can pace

    no metal objects in hair

    no bracelets, hair ties, wristbands...

  4. watches should be allowed for any race. i'm not sure about NCAA for 100%

    because watches are  "equipments" and normally no wristbands/hairties of any sort on your wrist. only watches
