i believe kougra is one of the pets that can start with 15.

play magax: destroyer 2.

play hot dog hero and crisis courier.

you pay using dubloon coins (one dubloon coin, two dubloon coin).

you must have the dubloon coins first.

first, your level must be at least half your max hp (17/20 in which 20 is the max hp). and then you can train your pet's hp.
