NFL Practice Roster Question?

Question

When a player is on a teams practice roster, is any other team in the league free to sign the player to their active 53 man roster? Or does this team have exclusive rights to the player?

I think the team has exclusive rights.

i think it depends on if they give em a contract. if they give em a contract they have to put em on waivers so another team can pick up there contract if they want them to move but if they dont give em a contract then im pretty surethey can go anywhere

im not 100% sure but i think thats the way it works

The player is still under contract with the team, meaning that they have exclusive rights. A practice team player can be moved to their teams 53 man roster at any time though, and visa versa.
