Question:

NJ State Inspections - ABS light?

I have a 1999 VW Passat. The ABS light has been on for quite some time. The light came on after front end work was done, although the brakes seem to be working fine. Will the car fail the NJ State inspection?

  1. probably

Because the ABS light is on

Event though the regular brakes are fine,,,everything has to work.

take the car back to them.either the front sensor is boken or not attached correctly after the repair work. Mechanics are famous for fixing one thing and s******g up another.

  2. Here is what they will check and just call any vehicle inspection station and ask..
