contender yes but not going to the playoffs...too many good teams in the afc south that will be contending for the last 2 playoff spots

No they are not playoff contending team just because they acquired Brett Favre. They still don't have a offensive line that can protect his old *** and the defense is not solid. This is a joke they can only hope that Farve will tutor Kerry Clemens on how to be a QB...Knowing the JETS they will rebuild the team around his old *** and really s***w things up!!!

I think they will end up either 9-7 or 8-8, in the AFC this is not a playoff record.
