   not much of a choice....lots more to do in Sydney.  You have a beautiful harbor, versus one that you don't want to be in.

It depends where you live, say if you live in the US or canada, travel to sydney no competition, if you are in any other country, do whatever you want. If you live in new zealand however, you probably see sydney all the time so go to new york.
