Nail and makeup help?

Question

first of all, what are some tips to make nails grow fast and healthy?

second, i have blue - green eyes what eyeshadow would flatter that?

ummm drink lotsaa milk. lol.

never EVER wear blue eye shadow it doesn't look that good.

wear golds, browns, darker purples and pinks. those look great.

and also they can make your eyes look more blue[: good luck.

The only way for your nails to grow healthy is to eat lots of fruits and vegtables and there is a special type of nail polish that will help them grow a little faster. for your eyes i think browns and golds or a color in the pink family.

keep clear nail polish on all the time to keep them from breaking, never bite them, and never cut them, use a nail file to shorten them.  Put lotion on your cuticles and keep them pushed back, but don't ever cut them...for eyeshadow, don't ever wear blue/yellow eyeshadow, purples and lavenders, golds and greens would look good on your eyes.

For nails, eating healthily, filing them down to good shape and wearing clear varnish to keep them from breaking.

For eyes, I'd go with natural colours, but if you want to look bold I'd go with a purple, it'll really bring out the blue.

You want to most def. stay away from those colors because it will only make them settle. To bring them out for sparkle and glam, Plums and Pinks will have them glowing! Clinique has great shadows "Rose wine" or "Pink chocolate" "Calm Heather" Great choices! You should go by and have them try them on you! As for nails.... anything with vitamin E is great! Green tea oil!

nails- i find that to make my nails grow faster and they won't break I use the Nail Tek stuff, but the most important thing to to not bite the nails.

eyes- my eyes are the same way and I use browns and sometime I do the smokey eye effect. But never do blue, that is way too much blue to be on your face, trust me I know from experience!

Drink lots  of milk =) and Wear clear nail varnish.

Also I sortof have your eye colour, just with brown. I wear soft and icey colours :) The creamy eyeshadows stay on better. =)
