Name of surreal architect - not Gaudi?

Question

Hi I'm having a mental blank my friend showed me a book not long ago of this surreal architecture all done by the one man it's very nightmarish and amazingly elaborate, this century and I think most of his stuff is around western europe? It's not Antonio Gaudi someone else.

Sorry if that is really vague, but it's bugging me!!

Is it Frank Gehry?

His stuff is really cool. He did the Guggenheim in Bilbao, Spain, among many other buildings.
