Nausea but no vomiting. whats wrong?

I have had nausea for the past week but no vomiting nor diarrhea I also have aching in my legs. I am due for my period next week and tooka prego test this week and it came back negative. And ideas?

If your period is not due for another week, many pregnancy tests do not show positive this early. Give it a week and try another test

Your period may just be coming a little early.  Sounds exactly like the symptoms I experience a day or 2 before my period begins.

Try drinking some mint tea to help with the nausea and take it easy.
