can u apply to navy seals training without having to be in the navy?

  4. No. SEAL is a rating in the Navy. You have to let the recruiter know that's what you want to do. You go to BUD/S training right after boot camp. If you fail you become available for general assignment. You may get another A school but it's not guaranteed.

  5. Actually there is a program that allows for this but it is not for any civilian.

    You must be in the "need" for this training and I doubt you meet the criteria.
