Nayarit or South Vallarta??

Question

I am looking for the most mountainous area along with seclusion. Is it more beautiful in the nayarit area, or south puerto vallarta? I want to walk out my door and see Mountains meeting the ocean.

south Vallarta is in the mountains itself while Nayarit is in the bottom of the skirts

Look for boca de tamatlan around 45 minutes south vallarta, small town, not crowded, just in the mountains, clear waters, good seclusion, food, drinks.

I´m From Guadalajara and I Prefer Sayulita or San Fransisco

More Than Nayarit.

If it was seven years ago, I would have said Sayulita, if it was three years ago, I would have said San Francisco (called San Pancho by the locals).  But in both cases, the areas have been found by the masses and housing prices have shot up.  

Click the real estate section on the Sayulitalife website and see if anything strikes your fancy.  If you decide to build, first read the Gringos in Paradise book to get an idea of the process involved.

The other alternative is to ride up and down the coast and turn toward the Pacific anytime you see what may be a road or a driveway, and you may just stumble upon the perfect location--that's the only way to find SECLUSION today.

The right decison is Puerto Vallarta it self. As Puerto Vallarta is between the Sierra Madre Mountains, You will see from every where in Puerto Vallarta the Mountains. If You stay south of Vallarta You are already in the mountains, but You will not see them as well as in Vallarta.

Look out for Conchas Chinas, Mismaloya and Yelapa !

All locations are south of Vallarta, and on their back are the mountains.
