I noticed randomly today i have a dull achy-ish pain on the underside of my jaw and a little on my neck when i press on it or clench my jaw or tilt my head all the way back. When i don't touch it it feels kinda tingly. It seems kind of sudden and i;m really nervous.

the other day i thought i got glass in my foot the smallest peice but i brushed off what i saw on my foot and there was no blood, i was fine.

any ideas?

  1. Its probably just a muscle thing, but if it continues it would be best to see a Dr/physio.

  2. About the neck/jaw issue. You are most likely grinding your teeth at night which is caused by stress. If you want some relief you can buy a mouth piece that would be place between the teeth. Some people do it so bad that they break their teeth. Ask your dentist.

  3. You need to get to an emergency room right away.  This could be a heart attack.  Heart attack doesn't always manifest in the chest.  Often times it's neck/jaw pain.

You might think you'll feel foolish if it's nothing, but you'll feel a lot more foolish if you ignore it and it is in fact a heart attack.

    Good luck!

  4. Have you thought about possibly a infected saliva gland? Or possibly stones in the gland.

  5. Sounds to me like a gland. May have some infection, not anything to do with the glass in your foot.
