Neck pain and stiffness

I'm experiencing pretty severe neck pain today, it spreads to my shoulders and I think it's moving up into my ears and jaw. I've had pretty bad headaches the past 4 days. I've never experienced anything like this before, and I don't think I did anything that would injure my neck. My neck is also tender to touch too and I think my glands are swollen. Anyone have any idea what this could be?

I have had this and it is usually related to a tension headache which results in my neck being out for a few days and constant headaches for a few days to. Go to the Dr's and get a check up and see what they say and can do. Until then take paracetamol and rest and keep fluids up. Good luck.  :)
