Need Cons on Climate Security Act!!!1?

Okay i asked a question awhile back about climate security act and well now i need to know cons about it, so I can try to write a pretty good paper on it. If anyone could give me a few i would really appreciate it. Thanks

There are basically 2 groups that will complain about the bill.  The first are those businesses involved in carbon-based energy production and the second group are those that don't think the bill is aggressive enough to stop global warming.

Here's some standard cons (I'll leave it up to you to determine if they're legitimate or not) from both groups:

1) It will cause energy prices to go way up

2) It will cause people in the coal & oil industry to lose jobs

3) It doesn't cut emissions fast enough, so global warming will still cause major problems
