Need Help Looking Good For School!?

Alright... heres the deal.... my school is crazy and starts school the 18th. I need help looking my best. I am a 13 year old caucasion male 5'4". Wide Framed Brown Sorta Long Hair. Please Answer as many of the following questions

1) Weight!

I weight 135 I think not sure and am slightly overweight. I need help looking better for my first day. I need a crash diet that will help look good for like the first few days. I have a swimming pool out back so I can get some exercise from that, and do not mind feeling hungry or anything. Please give me the best plan that will work.

2) I here about these pressure points. They are supposed to make cravings totally go away in about a minute. I am a junk-a-holic and can simply not stop easily. I would like to know where they are or a website that will show me these places.

3) What things in the pool is best to help me lose some weight. My parents love it when I swim so I do not mind those being a way to lose wight.

4) My teeth are slightly yellow. According to the following scale http://www.tq-acrylicteeth.com/images/shadeguide_sg18.jpg my teether are about 27s. I was wondering if brushing them for about 10 minutes 3 times aday for 5 days will help a lot. With Flossing before every time.

5) Need some hand muscle. I am trying to not seem like a complete loser for the president's challenge that we do at beginning of year and end. Will doing crunches and situps every day, with some hand exercises(for pullups), about 300 push ups a day, and as many pull ups on a door help?

6) For the door pull ups... they are not real pushups since my body is at a different angle. I would like to be able to do them on a doorhinge but my hands wont hold on. What hand exercises can i do with acces to dumbells at home help me with this.

7) Ways to flatten my hair. My hair has always been sort of poofy, but i have a good hair cut. Is there some things in the morning I can do to help my hair flatten a bit? If I take a shower before bed it is super messy and still sort of poofy. and If I take a shower in the morning by noon my hair is like a blimp. So any tips to flatten it?

  1. Okay well here we go.

    1.)You are not overweight,but if you wanted to be at a perfect weight for your height i would say to lose 10-15 pounds at the most, you can do it! I used to be 5'0 and 133 pounds, now I am 5'2 and 110 pounds! I am thirteen also. Don't go hungry. Just make sure to work out a lot and eat healthy food.

    2.)I have no idea what that is but it does not seem like a healthy way to look good or reduce your appetite at all so I would have to say a NO to that.

    3.)Yes, swimming is the best thing you can do to lose weight, it is a great cardio exercise.I would recommend doing it 1-2 hours of laps a day.

    4.)Yes, that is a very great idea to whiten them, my teeth used to be very not so pleasant too but I did around the same things as you and now they are crystal clear white.

    5.)Well first of all, can you DO 300 push-ups a day? I really do not know how to answer this one, sorry.

    6.)You can buy a pull-up bar for to not to much money and install it in your room, at the most for all of that it is like 20 dollars. I have one. : )

    7.)I really would not know since I have always had really straight hair, sorry. : /

    2) Sorry, I don't know any websites for that, research Google.

    3) Well, swim (crawl and breaststroke are best styles for losing weight and gaining muscle strenght).

    4) I will help, I guarantee (If that helped me, it'll help you, too).
