Need Telescope Repaired

Question

I have a 200 power telescope that my father built from a kit in 1958. The inside of the tube has had some dirt (like from wasp nests) accumulated, which I have removed as best I could. The finder attachment is also missing. Can this telescope be repaired? Thanks for your advice.
