Need a new SP?

Question

wangs on the dl and i have no room for him. so im gonna have to drop him and hope when he comes back nobody picks him up

however there are a few guys on waivers

roy oswalt,

erin harang

jason marquis

nick blackburn

matt garza

who should i get

Roy Oswalt is the obvious option.  He hasn't been too great this season, but he is the only one on the list that has proved himself a good pitcher.  I would definitely not take Marquis or Blackburn, who knows how they will pitch.  My second chioce would be Harang and my third would be Garza.  Harang is also a good choice, but he hasn't been half as good as he was in the years past.

Get Aaron Harang right away. He was supposed to be a top 10 pitcher, and could/should have an awesome second half. Oswalt is also a good pick up. Both guys won't get you as many wins as they used to, but are inning eaters and K guys at the LEAST. Garza has a good future, but is still very inconsistent.

I would look at Garza or Oswalt.  Oswalt has been a stud in the past and could come around.  Garza and the Rays are playing great, you might as well see how long you can ride that train as well.
