  1. It's not the end of the world. Your grandparents will eventually die it's there time they can't and won't live forever. Your dog shouldn't of been in the heat that's his fault not yours. Get some help in your classes I mean if you don't know something get tutor help. Your girlfriend is a w***e forget about her there are better looking fish out in the sea anway.

  2. it will all get better in time everybody goes through hard ships. it just turns out all your happened at once. when i'm upset or going through some rough times i like to read a good book. it always takes me away from reality. i wish i had more to offer

  3. Mayb you can try the following strategies

Step 1: Ensure her emotion is controlled daily. Don't over reacted, stay calm and don't get worry easily

Step 2: Think before her action. Don't repeat her past experience on herself. Remind herself from time to time.

Step 3: Be confident to yourselves. Remember everyone is the winner. "Only One sperms out of millions fertilize an egg"

Step 4: Get a group of close friends to share your experience and get some activities that would occupied your time

Step 5: Increase scope of life. Meaning that she should involve in more social activities like dancing, outing and others.

Step 6: Put a rubberband on the wrist. If there is a negative thought, Tighten the rubber band and release it. Hence the effect of the pain would be able to reduce the possibility of negative thought.

    Good Luck.

  4. DON'T YOU DARE TO DRUGS. I WILL BEAT THE **** OUT OF YOU IF YOU DO. Seriously though, this is a time in your life when you're willing to do anything to try and just take a 'breather' from reality and all of the horrible events associated. I understand that, but drugs aren't the answer. I went through similiar events at one point in my life, which lead me to drugs, hard drugs, and smoking cigarettes. I was able to kick the drug habit, which lead to me losing mass amounts of money, but I can't kick the cigarettes. Anyways, what you could do, is try and follow the path of a religion, ANY RELIGION. Try Buddhism, just go out and pick up a starting guide to it. Religion can be beneficial; a sense of hope, belonging, strength, and other things. Try and find a friend that you can vent to. Releasing your feelings is the first step to relieving the pain. Try and find a special spot outside that is sentimental to you that you can go to everyday and just sit, listen to nature, birds, wind, trees, water, etc. and just think and relax. Start reading a lot more. I'll recommend one for you: The Five People You Meet In Heaven. I read that when I was depressed and I don't remember the last time I cried so much, it was such a good book and helped  me to feel so much better. I'm not sure what else... music! Ah! Listen to music, anything you love. Just do what you love.

  5. I find watching movies works well for me.  Sometimes if you watch good ones they can be inspiring, uplifting, all that good stuff.  I don't know if you're big into movies though, so this might be completely unhelpful.

Maybe do something else that has the ability to inspire/uplift you.  Go to the art museum, read a book, go bike riding, y'know?  Happy distractions.

  6. Sorry to hear about all the things that you are dealing with at this time.  Just remember that you are young and have your whole life ahead of you with good things on the way- even though that is hard to see at this time.  You have a plan that is already set for you and this is just a stepping stone that will take you to your next destination.  Keep doing the right thing and remember that you are loved and taken care of always.  As far as doing something to get your ming off of life- everything you do is going to be short -temporary relief unless you find true happiness and peace.  So I personally suggest going to church and becoming involved in group gatherings to help you through life because if you think about it, it's really short when compared to eternity of peace.
