WELL OPEN THE THING IN PAINT, THE PHOTO, Then Click Save As Save It as .gif( Example ; name.gif)

if you have flickr account, you can use picnik edit feature and save as copy in gif format,

you could use paint or other to save as gif format as well, you could also try to save as png image for web use,
