besides starbucks n jamba

where else can i get a job

like maybe wat department stores

can i work as a hostess at a restaraunt or am i to young ?

I think you could work at a place that doesn't serve alcohol, like Denny's maybe. I'm sure most department stores will hire you, as you're 16. And what about being "self employed" and doing something like dog walking? I'm a bit wary of Jeff's suggestion; sometimes you have to pay money up front before you can earn money. This might be a scam, no offense Jeff.
