Need help learning Flash!?

Question

I ve kinda known Flash for a llong time...but i think i need a proper free online tutorial. Anyone know any good sites where i can learn from scratch.

Im a fast learner, so ill want to get into advanced stuff like actionscript too. Anyone know good sites for free online flash tutuorial?

i've never been able to find a particularly good flash tutorial on the web that covered everything from the basics to advanced. there are good books out there though.

i have flash mx 2004 game programming. it wasn't my intention to make games with flash but i wanted to learn it in depth, and learning the game-development side is a lot more likely to teach you everything than just learning the movie-making side.
