Alright so I'm on a Dell laptop (Inspiron 1501) with Windows Vista, and I'm running Windows Media Player, i am trying to play a video I copied from a friend from their video camera. At first it was giving me an error message to download a codec, so I downloaded the "AC3 Filter" codec, now it plays the audio, and not the video =(. I've been looking into FAQ's and searching like mad but im coming up empty handed as to what to do next to get my video working. Another codec? Im not too sure, if you know please respond!

  3. Hi,

You can download K-Lite Codec Pack 4.x*x at http://9down.com.

It's full codecs for WMP or music palyer.

  4. . MOD file is just a cumputer format to represent music. Try renaming the file to .MPF or rename it to other Quick Time file formats.

    Hope this helps
