Need help with basics

Question

I have inherited a small network of 4 PC's running Win95 connected to 1 PC with WindowsNT 4 as a server. The reason for the network is to run inventory software (Intellitrack). The genius who set this thing up quite unexpectedly and I guess my boss decided I needed to be punished so boy do I have some questions.  I hope this is the proper newsgroup to post these questions. My first problem is speed, this thing is awfully slow, no matter how many users are working.  Any suggestions? More memory? The server has 32 meg and all the Win95 machines have 16+. Any help would be appreciated.
