Need help with my PS3?

My Ps3 It was working fine until recently when it started turining off by itself and now when I try to turn it on it wont the green light comes out and then automatically goes to red and starts to blink. Anyone have any smart answers ???

The blinking red light is typically an indication that the PS3 has overheated. Do you have 4" of space on all sides, and are not running it in an entertainment center with the door closed? If you haven't done that, try it and see if the PS3 will run after it cools for a bit (~1hr).

If the problem still persists, it's a hardware problem and you should contact Sony. Repairs by non-authorized technicians will void your warranty.

The same thing happend to me i turn it on light turn green then yellow then flashes red. I sent it in  last week

nope you need to send it back to sony or if you bought it less than a yr ago you can take it to the store where you bought it from and you will get a new one...
