Need help with my boiler (vokera)

Question

this boiler is driving me mad how do you but water in it ? the flame is on but not making any noise the way it use to total silent no heating no hot water please help thanks

It should fill automatically if it has a tank, if it is tank-less water heats as it runs through it.  If there is no water there should be no flame, or it will damage it.
